Spa Etiquette
To ensure timely service to all our guests, please arrive on time for your appointment to allow for check-in and full consultation. Should you arrive late for your appointment, in consideration of the next guest, your treatment may be customized to fit the remaining time in order to not inconvenience or delay the next guest. If you estimate you will arrive over ten minutes late, please call our Ottawa spa to inform the front desk.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
We require a notice of twenty-four hours for cancellations. Should there be any last minute cancellations or no-shows, fifty percent of the service will be charged to your Credit card on file. Failure to notify the front desk will result in revoking of booking privileges in order to accommodate other guests.
Be Advised
We ask that you please set your mobile on silent while in our facial & massage areas to maintain a calming and relaxing environment. We ask that any children attending our Ottawa spa and salon be supervised by a caregiver at all times. We do offer private areas to store personal belongings but are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, so please use judgment when bringing valuables and let the front line know if you need additional ASSISTANCE.
