Cosmetic Injectables
Neurotoxin Treatment Areas
Neurotoxins can be used to treat a wide range of cosmetic and medical conditions. They can be used for cosmetic purposes in the face and neck regions. They can also be used to treat medical conditions such as migraines, hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and bruxism (teeth grinding). Many people also seek it for masseter reduction.
Our Medical Aesthetician NP is extensively trained and vastly experienced in botox injections to treat many different conditions.
Here are some of the cosmetic conditions that are treated by botox.
- Crows Feet (wrinkles around eyes)
- Glabellar Lines (vertical wrinkles between the brows that look like the number 11)
- Forehead Lines
- Brow Lift
- Bunny Lines (wrinkles on the upper sides of the nose)
- Smokers Lines (wrinkles on upper lips)
- Gummy Smile
- Lifting the Corners of the mouth
- Chin Dimpling
- Jawline (to give the face a lift)
- Neck Lines
Following Botox injections, patients may experience some pinpoint redness around injection sites and rarely slight bruising. Results take effect, subtly and gradually, between 3 and 14 days post-treatment. It’s important to book for follow-up a few weeks post injections in the event that adjustments are required and to ensure the treatment has provided a balanced effect. When expertly provided, neuromodulator treatments help you look younger and soften lines that may make you look tired, angry or stressed. It’s an easy way to get that well-rested, energized look.
